Terms of use

These Terms govern LetzCNPJ, a service that consults CNPJ registration and QSA data from the official Serpro API and keeps a history of what changed between consults.

By creating an account you represent that you can contract on behalf of the company you name. Signup is free and includes 1 trial credit. Further consults require credits (a monthly plan of 130 credits for BRL 100 via Stripe) or credits granted by the platform.

Each successful consult or Serpro HTTP failure consumes 1 credit. Credits expire 1 year after they are granted. You can cancel the subscription in the app; in the first month you may request a proportional refund of unused credits from that paid lot.

Returned data is what Receita/Serpro provided at consult time. LetzCNPJ does not give legal, credit, or compliance advice and does not guarantee the QSA reflects filings still being processed. You are responsible for how you use the information (contracts, loans, onboarding).

You must not use the service unlawfully, to overload Serpro, or to resell consults in breach of these Terms. API and MCP tokens belong to the account and must be kept secret.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts in case of abuse, non-payment, or risk to the platform Serpro key. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
